Late Rai Bahadur Seth Sukhlal Karnani develops the famous Karnani Estate. Established about 77 years ago, the iconic building was then a leading apartment hotel for US Army officers before becoming a popular commercial hub.
Built by Late Shew Kumar Karnani at 4 & 5 Synagogue Street, this 10-storey project was one of the first tallest buildings back then. This is the building that set the tone for many of the city’s high-rises to come.
Development of Chandan Niketan at Shakespeare Sarani by the Late Shew Kumar Karnani along with his sons, Mr. Gajendra Kumar Karnani and Mahesh Karnani paved the way for Isha Group.
Mr Mahesh Karnani consolidates the family real estate business under the Isha Group banner. This is the first time the group officially ventured into real estate construction and development, building the landmark residential project, Sukhsadan.
Several residential projects completed such as Duke Manor and Isha Enclave in the period between 1990 and 2000. Other notable projects include Duke Apartment, Isha Apartment and Isha Manor.
Construction of the iconic 23 at AJC Bose Road is completed. A modern-day commercial marvel, ’23’ was joined by the completion of other residential projects such as Isha Greens, Ashoka Heights, Nanda Enclave and Isha Villa.
The journey continues with The Parkview, Sanctorum, Tattvam and more luxury and eco-friendly projects. Completed projects include Samskara, Narayani and The Parkview and ongoing projects are Starlit Suites, Aagman, Tattvam, Aura and Sanctorum.
